We’d love to welcome you to the Bay Road showroom. To ensure every customer receives a personalised shopping experience, our showroom visits are available by appointment only.

Booking an appointment allows you to browse our latest collections in a relaxed setting, receive one-on-one assistance from our team, and find the perfect pieces at your own pace.

Appointments can be easily scheduled through our website. Simply choose a time that suits you and we’ll have everything ready for your visit.

Shipping & Local Pickup

  • We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch orders the same day. Weekend orders go out Monday from 9:00 am.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is sent. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
  • Local Delivery: Available to Kurnell, NSW. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for a refund or store credit.*
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

What do I love? Now there’s a question… You could not get more helpful staff, they’re honest, and I like that. Not just looking for a sale and ready to flog you off.
